- Fill out the necessary delivery information and click submit order! Our team will immediately begin packing your order and prepping it for delivery.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER
Currently we accept Interac E-Transfer Payments to keep all payments 100% secure.
- Visit your online banking/ mobile banking app and navigate to the E-transfer section. If you have troubles, you can call your bank to assist you.
- Add our payment email (automatically sent in your order confirmation email) and exact total of your order as seen on your invoice.
- Submit the transfer.

Once you send the E-transfer, our team will confirm payment and begin processing your order for delivery.
- If there are any errors in the deposit process, we will contact you to clear them up before processing the order.

Due to how our fulfillment system is set up, we can not add or remove items from your order after you’ve paid

SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders placed before 7pm EST (on weekdays) will be shipped out the same day. Orders place on a weekend or holiday will be shipped out the next business day.
On average it takes 2-4 business days to receive your order via Canada Post.
All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post, unless your location does not accept Canada Post Delivery or Canada Post is on Strike, in which case we will utilize other carriers.
Absolutely, all orders are given a tracking number which you will find in your order completed email – which you will receive after your order has been processed and marked for delivery.
If for some reason you didn’t get a tracking number in your order completed email (remember, this is the email you receive AFTER payment is made and your order is processed for delivery) – please reach out to us so we can resolve it as we might have just forgot to paste it into our system. we’re human, but we do our best!

BulkCheapWeed.co will not take responsibility for lost orders due to:
- Wrong address provided by the customer
- Customer change of address
- Theft after delivery
- Package being rejected upon delivery (concierge or other)
Packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses (missing unit #) will be undeliverable by Canada Post. No refunds or replacements will be give for this mistake. PLEASE ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESS.
Depending on where you live our shipping charges range from $15-22. For any orders over $100, the shipping is free. Tracking numbers are provided via email provided by Canada Post
Please check around for your package sometimes the delivery person can hide it somewhere. BulkCheapWeed.co will not refund packages that have a ‘delivered’ status on the tracking.
