All orders are shipped using Canada Post XpressPost or an equivalent reliable carrier.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days to major Canadian cities and urban areas.
Deliveries to rural or remote locations may take 5 or more business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and fall within the following range:
Standard Shipping: $15–$22 depending on destination
Free Shipping: Available on all orders with a subtotal of $200 or more within Canada
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout prior to order completion and do not include applicable taxes.
Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Missing information such as unit numbers, incorrect postal codes, or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure. In such cases, BulkCheapWeed.co is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages, and refunds or replacements may not be issued.
If a tracking number shows a package as “delivered,” responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to check mailboxes, front entrances, mailrooms, and with neighbours if a package cannot be immediately located.
